Welcome to our Greek Island Paradise
We are based in Vassiliki, a small fishing village on the southernmost tip of the island of Lefkas, known as the emerald jewel in Greece’s Ionian sea, an island of extraordinary natural beauty and far from the ravages of modern tourism. It’s a perfect setting for a healthy ‘yoga’ based holiday.

We also offer a range of other activities including Pilates, fitness, aqua-aerobics and other classes, as well as cycling, walking and even a chance to try out sailing, kayaking and paddle boarding if you’re keen. You even get a half hour massage in your holiday programme!
