Our fantastic range of healthy holiday classes include:

Yoga - Your choice of up to 4 classes a day, inc Flow, Hatha & Satyandanda.
Pilates - We offer you 5 classes a week and guarantee to balance out your core muscles.
Body Sculpt Classes - Held 3 times a week, these classes are core strength and conditioning-focused.
• Hydro-fit classes - These low-impact classes are held four times a week in our pool to stimulating music.
• Swiss Ball Classes - held 2-3 times a week
• Circuit Classes - held 2 times a week throughout the season
• Power Walks and Runs - 1-2 times a week
Belly Dancing - Shimmy your way to fitness with these hip-swinging classes held twice a week.

Pilates
Pilates helps you develop core muscles & stability and you’ll find it an excellent exercise for improving posture and inner strength overall. Our pilates teachers offer mat-based classes that are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to those hoping to further their practice.

Body Sculpt Classes (Held 2-3 times a week throughout the season.)
 
Body sculpt is the ultimate class designed to strengthen and tone every muscle from head to toe using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls and rings. This class is to music and is as fun as it is challenging. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Hydro Fit Classes (Held 5 times a week from June to end of season.)

Hydro fit is similar to aqua aerobics. Exercises are performed in the pool to music, making it a fun but challenging, non-weight bearing way to work out, resulting in minimal stress on muscles and joints. These classes use special water weights and resistance equipment to help target aerobic endurance, muscular strength, balance and flexibility.

Swiss Ball Classes (Held 2-3 times a week throughout the season.)
This class revives the space hopper as a piece of fitness kit! Well almost - whilst performing toning exercises special balls are used to add an extra challenge by exercising on an unstable surface. Not only is this a pretty intensive workout for your core it also helps improve body awareness, posture and balance. All levels welcome.

Circuit classes (Held 2 times a week throughout the season.)
This class is taken outdoors and therefore is a great way of learning how to take your workout from the gym to the great outdoors. A total mix of hi/lo impact cardiovascular stations amongst toning exercises makes this an excellent class for all.
 
Power walks and Runs (1-2 times a week throughout the season.)
Its up to you, walk or run one or more of our many 5-10km routes around the beautiful orange and olive groves with our guide.

Belly Dancing (Available from 16th June - 21st August)
With lots of hip-shaking and elegant movement, belly dance is a great way to learn to isolate different muscle groups through the medium of dance.
